Love sucks. At least that's what I think when I take a girl out to eat a few times and she all of a sudden declares her love for me. How can they possibly know? It's true, I don't wait until the second date if the girl wants to do it, but that can't be why they say they love me, is it? It's not that I don't want to be loved, but just not so seriously right now. How do you come back from that? or how do you avoid it? Thanks

If every woman releases a hormone that makes them fall in love when they have sex, my life would be completely different right now. How old are the women you date? It may be a matter of maturity. Waiting to have sex is a good idea, but not necessary if the other person is consenting and willing, if not completely eager. Just be careful. You can often tell how a woman is going to react to sex by the way she behaves when socializing. I can spot a clingy person from a mile away. Just vet, my friend. Vet.

So you have sex with them the first night I'm assuming.. When women have sex, they release a hormone called oxytocin which makes them feel closer and "love" the person they did the deed with. So if you want them to have not-so-strong feelings for you right away, I recommend keeping in your pants for at least a month (preferably two).

We finally spoke yesterday during a drink, and he's telling me he likes me too. We talk about how we both had some unkind love affairs in the past and how we just want to get ... read more
